Shipping and Delivery
We offer various shipping and delivery methods throughout Canada. We are not able to ship to PO boxes or to U.S. addresses at this time.
White glove in-home delivery
One Flat Rate
Big or small, from our door to yours, our White Glove delivery service brings your new addition home and into the room of your choice for a flat rate of $139 within our designated delivery zones – no matter the size of your order. Please note deliveries outside of designated zones require a quote. To request a quote, please customer care at 1.855.415.9227 or email.
Leave the Work to Us
We’ll do all the heavy lifting, so you don’t have to worry about lifting a finger; we’ll:
- assemble your product in your home,
- remove the packing materials,
- and leave your home mess-free.
Furniture can be carried up a maximum of four flights of stairs, unless unsafe to do so, or if the item is too large to fit through the stairwell.
When to Expect Your Order
Within 15-20 business days, we’ll make sure your order makes you feel right at home. Additional processing time may be required during holiday periods. For more delivery options, please visit our Delivery and Shipping page.
The courier delivery times below are for in stock merchandise only:
- Canada Post Regular - Arrives within 7 to 10 business days
- Canada Post Xpresspost - Arrives within 5 to 8 business days
- Canada Post Priority - Arrives within 2 to 4 business days
- Canpar Courier - Arrives within 3 to 8 business days
Here is an outline of the courier fees based on merchandise total and courier method:
- Charges shown are based on the total value of the merchandise shipped to each address
- Charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging and transportation of items
- Ability to track orders
- Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to weight
- During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required
You have the option to ship larger accessories such as clocks, mirrors, lamps, wall art and rugs under 9' x 12' by Canpar Courier. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on merchandise total. Orders shipped via Canpar Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
Please note that a signature is required upon reception of the order. If the delivery was unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a Smart Spot located within 5 km radius of your delivery address. If a Smart Spot location is not available, Canpar will leave a notice indicating the time for a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will then have the option of pick-up or pay $10.00 for re-delivery by calling customer service on the delivery attempt notice.
Please see Canpar's Smart Spot for pick-up locations if you will not be home during the day to accept the delivery. If you are not situated near a Smart Spot, please see Canpar's Terminal Locator to locate your nearest Canpar terminal should the delivery be unsuccessful.
Store pick up
You can arrange to pick up select smaller items at your local Thesustainable store and save on shipping costs. Your item(s) will be available to pick up 10 business days after your order has been processed. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. If you choose to pick up eligible items from the store, please bring an extra person to support you in loading your vehicle.
Warehouse pick up
Pick up eligible item(s) at one of our warehouses and skip the cost of shipping. Our warehouse team will help you load your new purchases into your vehicle. Orders are ready to be picked up within 10 to 15 business days after your order is processed. During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required. If you choose to pick up eligible items from the warehouse, please bring the following with you:
- Blankets to protect your new piece and your vehicle
