Released Your Stress During The Trip
Have you ever feel stress during your flight or trip using land vehicle but you do not know what to do in order to released your stress and enjoy the trip? There are some tips in released your stress during and after having trip using aircraft or car.
If you are using an aircraft, do not consume any caffeine drink because it would makes you stiff and lots of urinate. You may try to drink hot tea, hot chocolate or coffee non caffeine. You may also bring your favorite food and beverages from home if you do not believe in aircraft menu. If you are not yet entering the aircraft or you already disembarked in your destination, it is better for you to take a walk in the terminal rather than just sit down and thinking about inside of the aircraft.
If you are using a car, do the simply acupressure in your neck, shoulder and backbone if you are able to reached it before and after you are driving. Press your body smoothly in some muscles that is stiff using your thumb or forefinger in circle move. You may also ask help from other to do that. If you are driving in rush hour, always relaxes your body when your car is totally stopped.
